She has been hailed by the journal Nature and Columbia University as an expert in mentoring and leadership development. Ruth’s research is about the mindset and skill set of peak performers, including Nobel laureates, astronauts and Olympic champions. Her book, The Success Factor, shares the stories of extreme high achievers and unlocks the path to success.
